Component Breakdown

Remote management: Allowing remote access to the machine. Provides automated patching, application updates, network auditing and performance monitoring to keep your devices optimised.

Antivirus: Protecting your machine against know threats.

Endpoint Detection and Response: Protecting your machine against unknown threats. Providing information about potential threats and activity. This component enables a machine to be rolled back to a last know good state, in the event of a crypto-locker\ransomware attack.

Backup: Provides and automated offsite backup of the local machine and data. 200Gb of backup space per device. Additional data space is chargeable.

Help Desk Access

Help Desk Access: Standard Office Hours. 4Hrs response response times.

Email Support: Response Within 4 Hours
Break Fix Support: Charged in 15 minute blocks at our preferred corporate rate

What's not covered or out of scope

1, Any work carried out on the machine in addition to the 1 hr included, will be chargeable.
2, Your connection to the internet.
3, Peripherals such as printers and scanners.

Hardware Requirements

You will need to ensure your machine is capable of running our remote management software. Our recommended minimum specifications:   Windows Pro, Intel i5 or equivalent, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD and be under the manufacturers warranty.
