Raising Expectations
Once the software has been installed, our software agent will monitor your machine. We will need to work with you to get a better understanding of your issue and undertake some remediation. During this time, you may be asked for account logon passwords. We will never ask for any banking logon details. As a cyber essentials certified company, your data is safe in our hands.
Every scam is different. If we need to re-claim your account, this may take a couple of hours. If your machine is affected with malicious software, resolution could take longer.
